Assembly & Testing
To ensure full responsibility for the part we produce, Texor has invested heavily in a clean, efficient assembly and testing area. This facility allows us to carry out high-quality assembly and functional testing, and we also welcome our customers to participate in on-site testing of their products prior to shipment.
Assembly
We offer a wide range of assembly services, from complete system builds to tailored packaging and on-site support -meeting the demands of customers in life science, pharmaceutical, food, and other high-spec industries.
Full Product Assembly
We have the capacity to perform complete mechanical assembly of complex systems and large-scale structures, with sizes up to approximately 8 meters in height and weights up to 25 tons. Our facility is equipped with heavy-duty lifting equipment, allowing for direct truck loading and efficient logistics handling.Partial Assembly & Kitting
We also supports partial assembly, including preparation of spare parts, labeling according to customer specifications, and customized packing and shipping. This service ensures your products are delivered accurately, clearly marked, and ready for smooth integration on-site.Field Assembly
When on-site support is needed, our skilled SME (Subject Matter Expert) engineers perform field assembly and installation directly at customer locations – worldwide. Whether it’s commissioning, system integration, or adjustments on-site, we ensures seamless execution with high technical competence and quality focus.
From the factory floor to the final installation, we delivers reliable, high-standard assembly solutions tailored to customer needs.
Separated assembly areas
We operates four individual assembly halls, each designed to support high-quality, efficient assembly of systems and components.
Total Area: 500 m² across four halls
FAT-Ready: All halls are fully equipped for Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), with dedicated space and infrastructure to support customer inspections, validation protocols, and test documentation.
Customer-Friendly Environment:
A comfortable conference room is available adjacent to the assembly area, offering coffee, tea, “fika”, fresh fruit, Wi-Fi, and all essential presentation tools for a productive FAT or project meeting.Advanced Assembly Infrastructure:
Each hall is designed for efficient workflows and safe handling, including:High lifting capacities for large-scale assemblies and direct truck loading
Filtered air and positive pressure environments
Access to deionized water supply according to USP24
Compressed, moist & oil-free air system
Testing
To ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance, we performs a wide range of in-house testing procedures tailored to meet the stringent demands of industries such as life science, pharmaceutical, and high-purity process systems.
Our testing capabilities include:
Visual Inspection
All parts and welds undergo thorough visual controls by qualified personnel to identify surface defects, weld quality, and overall workmanship, in line with relevant standards.Borescope Inspection
Internal surfaces of pipes and assemblies are examined using borescope equipment, enabling high-resolution visual inspection of areas that are otherwise inaccessible – critical for verifying welds and cleanliness in high-purity systems.Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT)
For detecting surface-breaking defects such as cracks or porosity, we utilize dye penetrant testing, a proven non-destructive method ideal for stainless steel welds and machined parts.Pressure Testing
We performs both hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure tests to verify the mechanical integrity and strength of vessels, pipes, and assemblies according to customer specifications and applicable standards.Leak Testing
Using methods such as bubble testing, pneumatic verification, pressure decay, we check for any leakage in critical components to ensure complete system tightness and reliability.
Each test is performed by trained personnel and documented as part of our quality assurance process, ensuring full traceability and customer confidence in every delivery.
Customer testing
We actively support and welcomes customers to perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) on-site at our facility in Lycksele, with full support throughout the process. We assist with everything from test preparation to documentation—and can also arrange hotel bookings, rental cars, and other logistics for visiting teams.
Our testing support includes:
Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) – We provide a dedicated test area, complete with all necessary infrastructure, tools, and utilities. A fully equipped meeting room with Wi-Fi, coffee, tea, and refreshments is also available throughout your visit.
Dedicated Assembly Supervisor – Each project is supported by an experienced Texor supervisor who is familiar with your product and specifications. They will coordinate all technical details on-site, assist with test execution, and ensure that your requirements are met in a structured and professional manner.
Site Acceptance Test (SAT) Support – When needed, our engineers and technicians are available to support SAT at your facility. We assist with commissioning, troubleshooting, and final validation to ensure a smooth transition from factory to operational use.
With this, we ensures that each project meets the required functionality, documentation, and quality standards before leaving our facility or entering service.
Packing & Shipping
We ensure that every product is safely and efficiently prepared for delivery, whether it’s a single precision component or a fully assembled system. We tailor our packing and logistics solutions to meet customer needs and protect the integrity of the product throughout transport.
Custom Crate Manufacturing
We design and build custom crates in-house, tailored to the dimensions, weight, and handling requirements of each item. Crates can be produced according to customer specifications or specific transport and compliance standards.Worldwide Shipping
We manages global shipping, ensuring reliable and timely delivery to destinations around the world based on customer demands. We work closely with freight partners to coordinate export documentation, customs clearance, and special handling if needed.Storage Solutions
