Cleaning process
Texor operates a customized cleaning department featuring high-pressure washing, ultrasonic baths, and advanced drying systems, all designed to ensure the highest levels of product quality and safety. This enables us to deliver products directly to end users in the life science sector and other high-demand industries where cleanliness and precision are critical.
Cleaning
Cleaning is a critical part of our production process, especially for products destined for life science, pharmaceutical, food, and other high-purity industries. It’s not just about appearance – it’s about function, safety, and compliance.
Proper cleaning removes contaminants, machining residues, weld scale, and particles that could compromise the performance or sterility of the final product. For many of our customers, a product is not considered finished unless it’s also cleanroom-ready – free from oils, dust, metallic particles, and other trace residues.
Texor has built its cleaning routines around the requirements of validated and regulated environments, ensuring every part meets strict internal and customer-specific standards. Our goal is to deliver products that are not only mechanically and visually perfect but also chemically clean and ready for immediate integration into sensitive systems.
By prioritizing cleanliness throughout the entire workflow, we help our customers reduce risk, maintain compliance, and ensure long-term reliability of their systems.
High pressure washing
Our high-pressure cleaning process is carried out in a fully enclosed, automated cleaning unit designed to meet the strict cleanliness standards of industries such as life science, pharmaceutical, and food processing.
Inside the machine, multi-axis high-pressure arms move precisely around the part to ensure even, thorough cleaning of all surfaces—including hard-to-reach internal areas. This automated movement guarantees consistent cleaning quality, regardless of part complexity or size.
The enclosed system minimizes the risk of external contamination, while also improving operator safety, process control, and repeatability. As part of our integrated cleaning workflow, this high-pressure stage plays a key role in preparing components for assembly, surface treatment, or direct shipment to validated environments.
Ultrasonic Cleaning
We utilize a fully enclosed ultrasonic cleaning system designed for both small precision parts and larger stainless steel parts. This process plays a vital role in meeting the strict cleanliness requirements of industries such as life science, pharmaceutical, and high-purity processing.
Ultrasonic cleaning works by generating high-frequency sound waves in a cleaning solution, creating microscopic bubbles that reach into even the most complex geometries. This method is highly effective for removing fine particles, oils, machining residues, and contaminants from surfaces that are difficult to clean mechanically.
Our enclosed system ensures a controlled, contamination-free environment, while allowing for repeatable, traceable results. Whether it’s delicate fittings or larger assemblies, our ultrasonic cleaning process ensures that every part is chemically clean and ready for final use or further processing.
Drying
Drying is an essential final step in our cleaning process – ensuring that every component is completely free from moisture, residue, and the risk of recontamination. We utilize a controlled drying process tailored to meet the high standards of industries such as life science, pharmaceutical, and high-purity production.
