About Us 

Texor AB is a component and system supplier for the Life Science and food industry. We specialize in manufacturing stainless steel components, where we have over 40 years’ experience. This includes machining, grinding, welding cleaning and electropolish. As a supplier of complete systems, we also handle assembling and complete documentation. 

History 

The factory was founded in 1967 by Alfa Laval. During the first years the factory mainly produced road signs, as Sweden then changed from left-hand traffic to right-hand traffic.

At the beginning of the 1970s the focus of the production changed to manufacturing stainless steel components, mainly to supply other sections of Alfa Laval.

​​​​​​​Texor was later sold by Alfa Laval and is today part of the LIFCO Group.

LIFCO AB is an industrial and trade conglomerate consisting of 164 companies in 30 different countries with a total of 5,400 employees and an annual turnover of 14 BSEK.​​​​​​​

At the beginning of 2007 Texor bought Zetterströms Rostfria AB in Molkom. This was another step towards focusing on supplying complete systems for the global Life Science industry.
